Our Core Offering
Monthly Session
Each session is a structured 60-minute conversation built to shift your focus from urgent distractions to what actually matters—clear thinking on the decisions with the greatest impact.
We prepare for each session with one hour of work from our team—diligencing your systems, gaining perspective on your people and processes, completing initial analysis, or researching worthwhile alternatives. We come with informed questions and recommendations.
The agenda is set together at the end of each session and adjusted via email as things evolve. You shape what we focus on.
We use a coaching approach in session: asking the right questions, creating space to think clearly, and helping you arrive at decisions worth committing to.
Between Sessions
Quick touchpoint to check progress on follow-up items—encouraging accountability and momentum on actions. New questions or inquiries are noted and brought to our next session, keeping the work focused and moving forward.

• KPI dashboard design and implementation,
• Technology vendor evaluation or implementation oversight,
• Internal reporting infrastructure,
• Digital collateral to enhance the brand,
• Federal & state tax return preparation (through our partner CPA entity - Wes Aull, CPA).
The work is scoped and priced separately, billed per our principal or associate's time [or with a negotiated fixed fee].
The Strategic Roadmap
Every engagement includes time spent building or refining a strategic roadmap—a clear view of where you're headed and the phases to get there.
For smaller or earlier-stage organizations, this might be a simple one-page document:
• 2–3 primary goals for the next 12 months,
• Key milestones and rough timing,
• The handful of priorities that need attention now,
• How you'll know you're on track.
For larger or more complex organizations, the roadmap becomes more layered:
• Long-term vision (3–5 years) broken into annual objectives,
• Quarterly priorities tied to those objectives,
• Departmental or functional goals aligned to the whole,
• KPIs and dashboards that track progress,
• Regular review cycles built into our sessions.
The roadmap isn't a document we hand you—it's something we build and refine together over time. It becomes the anchor for our conversations and the measuring stick for whether we're spending time on what matters.
